Submission and Guidelines
Full Paper Submission
The Committee of the 4th PIC-UMP welcomes the submission of original full papers under the following conditions:
1. Full paper should follow this template (click here) and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Please also attach a statement letter.
2. All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process. Selected papers will be recommended to journal partners by the scientific committee. (The names of the recommended journals will be announced later.)
3. Articles that are recommended must be submitted to the respective journals within 7 days from the announcement date and must follow the guidelines of the chosen journal. Visit our journal partners page for more information.
4. When submitting your paper to the journal, kindly include a note to the editor indicating your participation in PIC-UMP.
5. The final decision for publication lies solely with the respective journal. The scientific committee of the 4th PIC-UMP holds no authority over the journal’s acceptance decision.
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the foundation of academic integrity. Any act of plagiarism is considered a serious academic offense and will not be tolerated.
