Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. Total Time: 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A). Please manage your time effectively.
  2. Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.
  3. Online Presenters: Submit a video (.mp4, max 12 minutes) and upload the video to presenter account on conference web.
  4. 5. Video submission deadline: September 4, 2025.
  5. Technical Setup:

All presenters are required to join at least 10 minutes before their scheduled presentation time.

a. On-site presenters: Presentation rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector, a PC with Microsoft PowerPoint, and a PDF reader. Please ensure your presentation file is compatible and ready for use.

b. Online presenters: A pre-recorded video presentation (maximum duration: 12 minutes) will be played. Videos exceeding 12 minutes will be stopped automatically. All online presenters must be available live for the Q&A session following their video presentation.

  1. File Naming: Name your file
    as: PresenterFullName_ThemeCode (e.g., BungaMatahari_HMDD).
