1. A standing board (1m width x 2m height) will be provided for each poster. Participant should print the poster in 95cmx120 cm with portrait style (height can be extended to 150cm)
  2. The poster should at least contain the following.
    1. Title
    2. Authors and affiliation (Presenting author should be underlined)
    3. Introduction
    4. Methods
    5. Results & Discussion
    6. Conclusion
  3. Poster must be presented and written in English. The body area could be divided into 3 columns

  4. Presenters are encouraged to use the UMP-PIC 2023 Poster template which can be downloaded HERE
  5. Cambria Font is used in the entire poster. Font size: Title research bold (96), authors-affiliation-corresponding email (36), section title bold (60), section paragraph (44), figure-chart-table title bold (33), references (24). The full paper should be written in MS-Word with the maximum word limit for the abstract is 250 words.
  6. Please report to the Registration Desk to collect your double sided tape. The poster must be displayed for the whole conference duration i.e. until 9 December 2023, 06.30 am and should be taken down by 17.00 pm.
  7. Online poster presenter should provide a link to a 5 minute length video when submitting poster. Please upload video to personal cloud storage (google drive, sharepoint, etc) and make sure it’s set to “anyone with the link can view”. Due date video link submission is 5 December 2023.
  8. Presenters must be present on Zoom at least 10 minutes before. The presenter must be present during the session. (There will be discussion session after the video is played)
