Oral Presentation Guidelines
- The total allocated time for oral presentation is 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions). Please be aware, and remain within, your allocated time.
- All presentations must be in English
- To avoid software compatibility problems, your presentation must be in either PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or PDF format. Presenters are encouraged to use the UMP-PIC 2023 presentation template, which can be downloaded HERE.
- Online Oral Presenters have to provide presentation video with maximum 10 minutes duration and in .mp4 video format. The video is uploaded to personal cloud (google drive, sharepoint, etc). Then the video link can be submitted during the submission process. Please make sure the video is set to “anyone with the link can view”. Due date video link submission is 5 December 2023.
- All session rooms will be equipped with LCD/projector screens and a computer with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe PDF reader.
- An assistant will be available in each session room to assist with loading your presentations onto the projector screen.
- Please arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and introduce yourself to the Session Chair and room assistant.
- Please name your presentation/ video file using this format:
“presenter’s name_code topic/themes”, i.e., Bunga_HMDD.
